Hawaii House Helpers is a division of Artisan Management Partners, LLC and is owned locally by Gloria Shomo, married to real estate agent Chris Shomo, President and founder of Home Sweet Home Hawaii Real Estate brokered by eXp Realty.

Hawaii House Helpers was founded for the sole purpose of helping homeowners who need to sell their home quickly and who do not want to use a Realtor or traditional real estate brokerage.

Observing Chris who has been in real estate for 20+ years, and Gloria with a background in investing, she has noticed some homeowners who are in tough financial times or going through a family issue prefer to sell their home privately, without the hustle and bustle of selling their home on the open market.
